WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship anywhere in the U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally at this time.

WHAT IF MY SEEDS DON’T SPROUT?

Shimo Sprout Guarantee - In the event your seeds don't sprout, we will send you a complementary packet of seeds.

We can't control the weather, or how things grow. However, we can control giving you the best experience possible!  Just send me an email at care@geshimo.com and I'll get those seeds right out to you!  Please note: You may try the same seed option or select another option available on the website.  

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please notify us at care@geshimo.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment so that we can authorize a return for you.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns once your Shimo kit has been planted
